Located in the birthplace of pasa making in southern Italy, Il Pastaio di Gragnano crafts all of their pasta shapes by guiding a sheet of dough through a bronze mold and air-drying each shape for 24 to 48 hours. The result is pasta with the perfect consistency to stick to sauce.

Named for tongues, these long and flat strands of linguine are made with the highest quality semolina wheat. 

The pasta pairs best with smooth cream- or oil-based sauces.
