GELATO FEST - Early Bird

Ready for all your gelato dreams to come true? We're holding the first-ever Gelato festival in Eataly Dallas. That's right! From 3 to 6 p.m., explore twelve stations spread across the entire store, with frozen favorites including classic gelato, boozy sorbetto, affogato, savory gelato, sweet focaccia with gelato, and exclusive flavors not normally found at Eataly Dallas. Taste the frozen treats and glory in the season.

1. FLOAT: Try this exotic pairing to cool off the Dallas Summer heat. Classic S. Pellegrino Arancia & Fico d’India with a scoop of Mango sorbet, or Vanilla gelato with Mole Cola to experience the ultimate gelato float! 1 Ticket

2. CAPRESE GELATO: Have you ever wished to yourself that you didn't have to choose between a classic Italian dish and a delicious dessert? You can enjoy both with our caprese gelato, made with tomato sorbetto, basil gelato and for di latte, and topped with cracked black pepper, sea salt, and extra virgin olive oil. 2 Tickets

3. PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA & MELON SORBET: When it comes to surprising combinations, nothing works better than the iconic combination of sweet and salty! Surprise your palate with delicious Ferrarini Prosciutto di Parma DOP paired with our melon sorbetto. 1 Ticket

4. STRAWBERRY SORBET & ACETO BALSAMICO: Have you ever tried strawberry sorbetto and gelato topped with Acetaia Giusti balsamic vinegar glaze? These sweet and acidic flavors mix to create a surprising effect for your palate. 1 Ticket

5. BOOZY SORBET: Why have plain gelato when you can have it spiked with a little something extra? Have a scoop of boozy sorbetto, which includes raspberry sorbetto with Lambrusco. 2 Tickets

6. SORBET & PROSECCO: We agree that everything is better with Prosecco! Discover the combination of sorbetto and bubbles with the Bellini (white peach sorbetto and Prosecco), Rossini (strawberry sorbetto and Prosecco), and Mimosa (orange sorbetto and Prosecco). 2 Tickets

7. SWEET FOCACCIA & PISTACHIO GELATO: Baked fresh daily, our authentic focaccia is usually topped with a variety of high-quality and simple seasonal ingredients. For this event, Eataly artisans will bake a fresh, sweet focaccia to pair with housemade pistachio gelato. 1 Ticket

8. CLASSIC GELATO & WAFER: We love the classics. All of our artisanal gelato is made in-house every morning by our pastry team. Try our traditional housemade flavors including vanilla, chocolate, or stracciatella (chocolate chips) topped with Loacker wafer. After all, what would a gelato festival be without good old classic gelato? 1 Ticket

9. TEXAS: In honor of the occasion, our expert pastry chefs have developed a specialty flavor for the city, combining all temptations in one cup. The Texas Gelato combines simplicity and local favorites with Salted Caramel, Chocolate gelato, Texas Pecan topped with Burbon syrup. 2 Tickets

10. HAZELNUT GELATO & VENCHI GIANDUJA: Gelato and Venchi gianduja together are unstoppable. Indulge with hazelnut gelato topped with delicious Venchi gianduja spead for the ultimate Italian sundae. 1 Ticket

11. GELATO AFFOGATO (or Spritz!): Get lost in an affogato! Meaning "drowned" in Italian, the affogato is a classic Italian treat made with gelato doused in espresso. Enjoy tiramisù gelato with one shot of Lavazza espresso. If you are not into caffeine, can always switch to a Summer Spritz! 1 Ticket  (or 2Tickets)

12. MARITOZZO & WILD CHERRY GELATO: A beloved Italian pastry, Maritozzo is a fluffy pillow of sweet dough typically filled with delicious cream. Taste a small treat with a big surprise inside: a Maritozzo filled with Fabbri amarena gelato - a treat you cannot miss! 1 Ticket
