The Farfalle from Garofalo are made with Whole Wheat Durum Semolina. Farfalle is a bow-tied-shaped pasta derived from farfalle, the Italian word for butterflies.
Farfalle pair perfectly with vegetable sauces, or tomato-based sauce like the puttanesca sauce, or pesto. The shape is also good for making pasta salad.
