From North to South: Pasta Making Expedition

One of the things that make pasta so perfect is how simple it is. Quality ingredients for a refined pasta dough to be paired with a matching sauce is the formula to experience a pasta in its truest form. However, practice does make perfect in the art of pasta making, especially to enjoy in any variation from an egg stuffed pasta to a dried shape pasta.  Accompany La Scuola Chef in this interactive hands-on workshop to learn about the two major families of pasta from North to South of Italy! In this class guests will:
    • Learn about the history and origin of dried and egg pasta.
    • Enjoy two pasta courses prepared by our La Scuola Chef paired with two complementary wines.
    • Participate in enhancing your pasta making technique to create a fresh egg and dried pasta in various shapes to take home.
    • Take home the pasta dough and pasta shapes created in class along with adapted recipe and wine tasting notes.
Please note, if you have any celiac allergy, we are happy to accommodate the request and serve a gluten-free pasta. However, the hands-on activity cannot be modified during this class.
Additional Information
    • If you are planning to attend with a separate ticket/order holder, please let us know so we can plan to seat you together. Please note, if purchased a single ticket, you will be seated at a table of two with another individual/party. Please email LA.lascuola@eataly.com to confirm.
    • Restrictions: Ages 12 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
    • No physical tickets are issued for classes and events. Please present your confirmation email upon arrival for check-in. 
    • All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
