Revered as the ultimate culinary indulgence, fresh Italian truffles are available for only a few months each year. At Eataly, we receive our truffles fresh from the ground, thanks to our partners at Urbani Truffles, one of the world's leading purveyor of Italian truffles. Urbani works with local truffle hunters who are connected to the land. Each year, they hunt fresh truffles with their trained dogs, following ancient traditions.
Fresh truffles boast deep aromas that promise an unforgettable dining experience. Once your truffle has arrived at your door, shave it over simple dishes with just a few other quality ingredients, like eggs, bruschetta, pasta, and beyond.
We want your truffles to be as fresh as possible for your table! So, if you place an order for truffles by 3 p.m. E.S.T. Monday through Thursday, your truffles will be shipped express the same day with delivery the next day. Truffles ordered after 3 p.m. Thursday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Learn more about truffle varieties and how to care for them, as each truffle purchase is final and non-refundable. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
