Made with fresh cow’s milk, San Pietro in Beeswax is a mild, slightly sweet cheese. The beeswax on the surface of the cheese keeps humidity within the paste, consequently, the texture remains silky: something unusual for very aged cheeses like this one. Enjoy this prizewinning cheese as an antipasto, or even as dessert with a sweet wine.


Founded in 1898 in Bagnolo di San Pietro di Feletto in Northeastern Italy, Perenzin treats each cheese with great care, and has become a pioneer in the production of organic goat’s milk cheese and other regional styles of cheese.
