Inspired by a Classic Manhattan cocktail, the Pork Salami with Bourbon and Sour Cherries is a hand-crafted salame that combines sweets maraschino cherries and smoky Bourbon to perfectly complement the pork.

Established in 2010 in Brooklyn, Brooklyn Cured is a small and artisanal charcuterie company. The company was founded by Scott Bridi, a chef, butcher, culinary instructor, and maker of charcuterie for over 15 years. Scott Bridi loves Italian, French, and German salami, and in his hand-crafted salami it is possible to taste cross-cultural cuisines and traditions. Brooklyn Cured Salumi are made with humanely raised animals without the use of antibiotics or hormones. The salami is cured with sea salt and without the use of synthetically nitrites or nitrates.
