Fresh Gnocchi Workshop

Gnocchi are a unique type of pasta, and making these little Italian dumplings can be considered an art. The most common gnocchi are potato gnocchi, but they can also be made with cheese and all kinds of vegetables. Whatever ingredients they incorporate, these pillows of goodness are a treat and pair with a wide variety of sauces. Most importantly, gnocchi are one of the easiest Italian classics to create at home. Join us with Chef of La Scuola to discover the classic preparation of gnocchi and try your hand at creating your own! In this class, guests will:

• Create your own gnocchi with the guidance of our Scuola Chef.
• Enjoy a gnocchi dish prepared by chef
• Sip a glass of Italian wine while cooking, followed with a second paired perfectly to the pasta.
• Take home the recipe card, tasting notes, and gnocchi you made!

Additional Notes
-   Restrictions: Ages 12 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
-   No physical tickets are required, all tickets will be sent via e-mail and be presented at the door to check-in for the class.
-   All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
-   Pricing is inclusive of service and exclusive of San Jose sales tax.
