Produced by legendary oil maker Giorgio Franci, this oil is made with a blend of classic Tuscan varietals – Frantoio, Leccino, Olivastra, Peranzana, Coratina and Ogliarola olives. It has a soft undertone of freshly-ripped grass and herbs, a smooth silky texture, and a mid-bodied peppery finish.
This oil is great with pastas, soups, beans, breads, salads, and grilled seafood.
