Tonda Iblea Riserva Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8.5 oz

This extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from Tonda Iblea olives, which are hand-harvested from mid-October through mid-November in the central-eastern area of Sicilia, near the volcano of Mt. Etna. This oil is intensely fruity with pronounced notes of green tomato, aromatic herbs, and freshly cut grass with intense yet well-balanced bitterness and pungency.
This oil can be used in a variety of ways but is best paired with bitter green salads, roasted vegetables, or even pizza.
