The Moresca Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Frantoio Cutrera is made exclusively from 100% Moresca olives from the Iblei mountains in Sicily. The olives are cold pressed and give life to a green-colored oil, slightly cloudy due to natural decantation.
The aroma is fresh, fruity, and very intense with notes of pronounced green tomato and aromatic fresh herbs.
On the palate is elegant, full-bodied with lasting notes of herbs.
