This IGP Sicilia Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Frantoio Cutrera is made exclusively with Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice Olive Varieties. The olive harvest to produce this extra virgin olive oil is carried out between October 1st to October 15th. Frantoio Cutrera Estate was recognized by Slow Food and Flos Olei 2020 and 2021.
It is perfect with fish, bruschetta mushrooms, salads, soups, and delicate red grilled meats. It is excellent raw on bruschetta or any Mediterranean-inspired recipe.
