Formaggio & Vino: A Pride Month Cheese and Wine Class

Join us this Pride Month for a select Cheese and Wine class featuring cheeses exclusively made by LGBTQIA+ producers! Here at Eataly, we are proud to offer an extraordinary selection of Italian and domestic cheeses and wines. Join us in La Piazza to spend time with one of our resident Cheesemongers and Beverage Experts. Together, they will walk you through a tasting journey of formaggi and vini. Not only will you learn how to perfectly pair these cheese and wines, but you’ll also learn about the stories behind the products: about the people who crafted them, and the animals and land that gave them life.

In this Class You Will:

• Taste a selection of cheeses with Eataly’s cheesemonger
• Explore the stories of cheese production with our featured LGBTQIA+ producers
• Taste wines specifically selected to pair with the cheeses with our beverage experts
• Learn to taste wine and choose pairings like an expert
