Formaggio & Vino: A Cheese & Wine Tasting with Eataly’s Experts

About this Class: Here at Eataly, we’re proud to offer an extraordinary selection of Italian and domestic cheeses and wines. During this night only, spend time with one of our resident Cheesemongers and Beverage Experts as they step away from their stations for the night, to join us at La Scuola. Together, they will walk you through a tasting journey of the best selection of American and Italian vini and formaggi. Not only will you learn how to perfectly pair these cheese and wines, but you’ll also learn about the stories behind the products: about the animals and people who produced them, the people who crafted them, and the land that gave them life. In this class, guests will:

• Explore differences and similarities between Italian and American cheese production
• Taste a selection of 6 cheeses with Eataly’s cheesemonger
• Taste 3 wines specifically selected to pair with the cheeses with our beverage experts

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Seating is first-come first-served. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
