About this Class: Here at Eataly, we’re proud to offer an extraordinary selection of Italian and domestic cheeses and beers. Take a seat to spend time with our resident Cheesemongers and the experts from Torch & Crown Brewing Company who will guide you through an assortment of perfect formaggi and birre pairings. Not only will you learn how to perfectly pair these cheeses and beers, but you’ll also learn about the stories behind the products: about the animals and people who produced them, the people who crafted them, and the land that gave them life.

About Torch & Crown Brewing Company: Founders Joe Correia and John Dantzler made their first batch of beer from an at-home brewing kit. Despite the kit exploding all over the kitchen, the two weren't detered. They set out to open their own brewery centered around their love of three things: great beer, ambitious creations, and the amazing city of New York. Fully aware that neither knew what they were doing, they decided to divide and conquer - Joe to study chemistry and head into the brewing world, and John to enter finance in the hopes of figuring out that whole business side of things. After 10 years, thousands of trial batches, and a few more boil-overs, John and Joe reunited to create Torch & Crown Brewing Company.
