La Campofilone is a pasta-making company named for its home, a small medieval village in central Italy that is known for its traditional egg pasta.

To make artisanal fettuccine, artisans roll long strands of egg dough especially thin, then slow dry the pasta at low temperatures.

Excellent with a variety of pairings, fettuccine is especially delicious with creamy seafood sauces.
