The Balsamic Vinegar Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is made with Toschi's prized Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP. With a delicate and creamy consistency, this glaze flaunts a balanced sweet and sour flavor, and aromas of aged wood.

Pairings: perfect as a dressing, this glaze works well on risotto, raw fish, cheeses, and eggs.

In 1945, Toschi was started as a small workshop on the outskirts of Vignola - famous for its cherries - by brothers Giancarlo and Lanfranco. First only producing frutta sotto spirito, or fruits in liqueur, the company quickly expanded into making a wide variety of products such as syrups, liqueurs, and balsamic vinegar.
