Produced with slowly cooked must from organic grapes, this exquisite Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is made following the Giusti's family tradition, using more cooked grape must to obtain a greater sweetness and lower acidity than condiments with greater amounts of wine vinegar. The grape must in this product is 100% organic, obtained from sustainable farming practices, and the wine vinegar is 100% organic. Aged in oak barrels and barriques, the resulting vinegar obtains a strong balsamic flavor, releases the flavor of plum jam and red fruits with hints of honey and vanilla, and boasts delicate aromas dictated by the different wood barrels it is aged in.

Pairings: fresh cheeses like mozzarella, burrata, and ricotta, aged cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, fresh stuffed pasta, sliced beef fillets, fresh seasonal fruit, and desserts.

In 1605 Giuseppe Giusti started to produce Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP in the countryside of Modena, in the region of Emilia Romagna. Giusti’s products became very famous and were even used by the Italian royal family. Seventeen generations have passed down Giuseppe's unique and detailed balsamic vinegar recipe that is still in use today. Their secret in the recipe to make the perfect Balsamic Vinegar of Modena depends on three conditions: good choice of the grapes, high quality of the aging barrels, and time. Today Giusti’s Acetaia is still a family-run company and their premium products are famous around the world.
