The Solo Gentile di Chieti Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Ursini is produced exclusively from handpicking and cold-pressing Gentile di Chieti olives, the traditional olive variety of Abruzzo. This olive oil is aromatic, with notes of fresh herbs. On the palate, it is medium-fruity and creamy with hints of grassiness.
