The Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Terre Francescane is obtained from a careful selection and cold pressing of Leccino, Frantoio, Carboncella, and Cerasuola olives. On the palate, it is fruity with notes of arugula, and the aftertaste has soft notes of spiciness and bitterness.

Olive Varieties: Leccino, Frantoio, Carboncella and Cerasuola.
Pairing ideas: seafood dishes, white meats, pasta, rice, soups, and salads.

Terre Francescane is the new brand of C.U.FR.OL. Frantoi Oleari Umbri & Co., a cooperative located in Spoleto in the region of Umbria. It was born from the desire of entrepreneurs who own the oldest mills in Umbria, such as the Gradassi oil mill and Terre Francescane, to produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil with fruits from different olive groves.
