The Nocellara del Belice Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Ceramic Bottle from Olis Geraci combines two Sicilian traditions in one: Nocellara olive oil and the art of ceramics. This beautiful Mediterranean-style ceramic bottle is entirely handmade, and each bottle is a unique piece with different decorations.

The olive oil is made exclusively from a carefully handpicked selection of Nocellara olives that grow in the Olis Geraci olive groves in the Belice Valley in Sicilia. The color is green with golden reflections. The aroma has an intense fruitiness with hints of grass, artichoke and tomato leaves. On the palate, this extra virgin olive oil is well-balanced with an intense spiciness and soft bitterness.

Olive Varieties: 100% Nocellara del Belice (monocultivar).
Pairing ideas: fresh cheeses, bread, salads, on meat or fish, vegetables and soups.
