The De Carlo '7 giorni', meaning 7 days in Italian, is a line of products created for cooking your family's favorite meals any day of the week. Part of the '7 giorni' line, the Terre di Bari Bitonto DOP 7 Giorni Extra Virgin Oilve Oil from De Carlo is made with Ogliarola Barese olives and Coratina olives. The olives are handpicked and crushed through a continuous cycle mill and filtered through cotton.

This intense but delicate extra virgin olive oil is characterized by notes of green almonds, artichokes, and a light, spicy finish.

Olive Varieties: Ogliarola Barese, Coratina.
Pairing ideas: bread, seafood, salads, fish, tomato sauces, or pizza.

Since 1668, the De Carlo family has been making high-quality extra virgin olive in Bitritto near to Bari in the region of Puglia. The De Carlo family grows carefully Coratina and Ogliarola trees in their 100ha of olive groves entirely organically even if it is not written on the label.
