The L'intenditore Umbria Colli Assisi-Spoleto DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Melchiorri is made exclusively with the best 100% Moraiolo olives that are handpicked and cold-pressed using traditional granite millstones. This excellent DOP Colli Assisi-Spoleto extra virgin olive oil has a medium body intensity with floral, almond and fresh grass notes. It has notes of artichoke and black pepper with a slightly bitter aftertaste and pungency.

Olive Varieties: 100% Moraiolo (monocultivar).

Pairing ideas: bread, bruschetta, soups, legumes, meat and salads.

Fifty years ago, Gianfranco Melchiorri started producing extra virgin olive oil in the region of Umbria, and today his son Alessandro continues the tradition and strong passion for his craftsmanship.
