The Puglia Olio Amore IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oi from De Carlo is an ode to beautiful Apulian territory. It is made with a bland of handpicked olives, crushed through a continuous cycle mill and filtered through cotton.

This outstanding extra virgin olive oil is medium-light fruity, characterized by hints of fresh herbs, sweet almonds, and spicy pepper aftertaste.

Olive Varieties: Ogliarola Barese, Coratina, Leccino, and Peranza olives.
Pairing ideas: fish dishes, salads, grilled meat, boiled vegetables, or legumes soups.

Since 1668, the De Carlo family has been making high-quality extra virgin olive in Bitritto near Bari in the region of Puglia. The De Carlo family grows carefully Coratina and Ogliarola trees in their 100ha of olive groves entirely organically even if it is not written on the label.
