The De Carlo family has been producing top-tier olives and oils in the southern Italian region of Puglia since 1668. Today, Saverio and Grazia De Carlo still passionately produce prized olive oil on the family's original property in the province of Bitritto near Bari, carefully growing Coratina and Ogliarola trees entirely organically (even if not written on the label) on their 100 hectares of olive groves.
