The Terre di Tramontana Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Lucchi & Guastalli is obtained from a carefully handpicked selection of Razzola and Leccino olives that grow in the Ligurian part of the lower Lunigiana, a territory straddling Liguria and Toscana. On the palate, this extra virgin olive oil has delicate nutty and aromatic herb sensations together with a slightly spicy aftertaste.

Olive Varieties: Leccino and Razzola.

Pairing ideas: bruschetta, bread, salad, pesto, grilled meats.

Since 1995, Marco Lucchi and Carlo Guastalli have been running the farm that bears their name producing extra virgin olive oil Riviera Ligure DOP Riviera di Levante. The ecological Lucchi & Gustalli mill is in Santo Stefano di Magra, close to La Spezia, in an area of Liguria called Riviera di Levante. The farm extends over about 8 hectares located in the Ligurian part of the lower Lunigiana, a territory straddling Liguria and Toscana.
