For generations the Buonamici family has been producing award-winning extra-virgin olive oil on its farm at Montebeni in the hills of Fiesole, overlooking the beautiful historic city of Firenze. Their olives are all grown organically and are carefully tended at every stage of growth until they are harvested.



This Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP is made from olives picked in October and November, and cold-pressed within 12 hours of picking. The opening aroma is intense with rich fruity notes of green olive, artichoke and grass field, and balanced taste that is pleasantly bitter and slightly spicy. Enjoy with drizzled over vegetables, fresh bread, or grilled meat.
