The Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Villa Manodori is made from 100% Taggiasca olives handpicked from the hillside in Western Liguria. The color is golden with yellow hues. On the palate, it has a delicate flavor with undertones of almonds and ripe fruit. It is creamy, sweet and delicate.

Olive Varieties: 100%Taggiasca (monocultivar).

Pairing ideas: seafood, risotto, steamed or raw vegetables.

The Villa Manodori line is lovingly crafted by world-famous three-Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura owner of Osteria Francescana in Modena, in the region of Emilia Romagna.
