The Traditional Colomba by Vergani is a sweet, dove-shaped loaf made with the highest quality ingredients: mother yeast for fluffiness, fresh eggs for an intense yellow color, sultanina raisins, candied oranges and candied citron for a refreshing touch. This Colomba has a generous topping of pearled sugar and crunchy almonds.

Excellent on its own, Colomba pairs well with fresh berries, dark chocolate, and sweet spreads. Enjoy the festive Easter cake with a glass of Prosecco or dessert wine.

Founded in 1944 in a small pastry shop on Viale Monza in Milan, the enterprising Angelo Vergani started his own bakery. Now, Vergani is celebrated for its traditional holiday panettone (the classic Christmas cake) and other holiday treats.
