Our lamb is the Suffolk of England breed and comes from family-run Colorado farms, raised by knowledgeable shepherds and ranchers in family herds that roam vast outdoor spaces and enjoy abundant sunshine. The Suffolk breed has the perfect lamb rack; equally meaty and tender. These flavorful racks are wonderful for everyday grilling or for your next holiday roast.

For groups of 5-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event. For groups of up to 4 guests, a minimum of 4 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon code for a future class or event at La Scuola.
