Il Classico Extra Virgin Olive Oil from De Carlo is a historic and award-winning oil. It is made with 70% Ogliarola Barese olives and 30% Coratina olives. The olives are handpicked and crushed through a continuous cycle mill and filtered through cotton.

This outstanding extra virgin olive oil is soft and balanced, characterized by hints of fresh grass, artichokes, and an aftertaste of sweet almonds and spicy pepper in the finish.

Olive Varieties: 70% Ogliarola Barese olives, 30% Coratina olives.
Pairing ideas: fish dishes, salads, grilled meat, boiled vegetables or legume soups.

Since 1668, the De Carlo family has been making high quality extra virgin olive in Bitritto, near Bari in the region of Puglia. The De Carlo family carefully grows Coratina and Ogliarola trees on their 100 hectares of olive groves entirely organically, even if it is not written on the label.
