Strawberry Jam 12.3 oz

The "Extra" Strawberry Jam from Dalpian is a delicious fruit preserve made with wild strawberries, mostly of the Elsanta variety, grown organically in Beigua Natural Park in the Ligurian Apennine Mountains near Genova. The strawberries are harvested at the right level of ripeness and ensure an exceptional product in terms of consistency and flavor. The strawberries are cooked in small pans without a lid and just a small amount of sugar (only 1/3 the amount of strawberries used by weight) – this is why this jam is "extra"! The appearance recalls a homemade jam: the color is a little dark with a cohesive structure, strong strawberry aromas, and a delicate but decisive taste.
