Creative Corner: Pasta Ornament Making - 1 Adult/1 Child

Pasta is more than a meal, it's a creation. Join us at Eataly as we create beautiful Pasta Trees, ornaments and magnets. Remember those gold macaroni crafts proudly brought home to parents from kindergarten class? We are taking that idea and elevating it for this fun class! Choose from a variety of pasta shapes and colors to create these beautiful holiday-themed pasta crafts. We will be using hot glue, craft glue and paints to create what will surely make for some festive decorations and gifts. While creating your crafts, guests will enjoy a glass of prosecco or n/a beverage and our Neapolitan-style pizza from our restaurant, La Pizza and La Pasta restaurant located on the second floor.

Options for the class: You can either release your inner child and create your own ornaments for $50.00 or you can create the ornaments with a child (5 and older) for $65.00. Please choose the class that best suits you. Each guest will go home with 1, ornament, 1 magnet and 1 tree.

About the instructor:

Taaron Silverstein is a local Chicago artist who by day leads a team of artists in creating the User Interface for video games such as Mortal Kombat and Injustice. In her free time, she loves to paint portraits and landscapes. She travels as much as her schedule allows, and often uses her photographs from her travels as subject matter for her paintings.

• Please note, this class includes tools to create elevated-pasta ornaments - dry pasta, paint, glue, string.
• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Doors open 10 minutes before the start of class.
• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must provide 21+ government issued ID.
