Spring is when Italy is at the height of its splendor. The arrival of la primavera (spring) in Italy means day trips to quaint villages, afternoons spent outdoors, and excursions in the countryside. Italians take full advantage of the warmer weather and the bounties of spring, especially at the table. A spring menu should contain seasonal fruits and veggies, fresh cheeses, and light desserts. At La Scuola, we will share a few of our favorite Italian spring dishes that can be enjoyed indoors, or even al fresco! In this class, students will:

  • Participate in a hands-on cooking experience with La Scuola’s chef
  • Enjoy three courses with paired wines
  • Learn more about wine and wine pairing from and Eataly sommelier
  • Take home menu, adapted recipes, and wine tasting notes

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Seating is first-come, first-served, please email boston.lascuola@eataly.com if you would like to be seated with a different ticketholder.
