About Norwegian cod and salmon:

Norwegian Cod is an abundant fish, and popular at the dinner table! The cod's lean meat has a mild taste and rich, flaky texture that makes it very versatile. Grilled, sauteed or baked in the oven, it’s an ideal fish for even the pickiest of eaters.

Norway's sustainably ocean-farmed Salmon is a versatile fish that can be enjoyed in both cold and warm preparations, and can be cooked on the grill, in the pan, or fried. Try a whole side filet for a show stopping meal when entertaining.

Take your taste buds on a journey to Norway as you participate in a hands-on class! In this class, guests will:

  • Help prepare dishes inspired by these featured products.
  • Learn about Norwegian cod and salmon, from an expert.
  • Enjoy three courses paired with wine.
  • Take home menus, adapted recipes, and wine tasting notes.

Nota Bene: For all cooking classes, cooking surfaces and burners are shared between members of your party.

If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them. Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
