Cook Better, Live Better: Fall Harvest

The central regions of Italy are beautiful year-round, but especially in the fall, when the tourists return to school and the heat of summer subsides, giving way to cooler weather and robust autumn dishes that are sure to please the crowd at any event.

Take your taste buds on a journey to Central Italy as you participate in a hands-on class about celebrating autumn, the Italian way! In this class, guests will:

• Explore the rustic and seasonal cuisine of Central Italy
• Help prepare dishes inspired by the regions
• Learn about the typical ingredients used in the featured dishes
• Enjoy three courses paired with wine
• Take home menus, adapted recipes, and wine tasting notes

Nota Bene: For all cooking classes, cooking surfaces and burners are shared between members of your party. 

Please notify us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them. Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
