Cook Better, Live Better: A Trip Through Veneto

From gondolas to carnivale to cicchetti, it’s hard not to fall in love with the vibrant lifestyle of Venice, the capital of Veneto. But the road less traveled in Veneto is just as charming, with numerous provinces and cities that offer unique traditions and unbelievable culture. Join us as we embark on a culinary trip, with stops throughout the region. In this class, guests will:

• Listen as our Chef of La Scuola explains different traditions from the Veneto region
• Enjoy all 3 dishes paired with wines
• Prepare at least 2 courses with guidance from your instructor
• Learn more about wines and wine pairings with our sommelier
• Take home menus, and wine tasting notes
