Complimentary Flash Class- Island of Capri: Learn to Make Caprese

Icons of Eataly is back! Join us to celebrate this new Icons of Eataly series focused on Capri. The series will feature an ongoing program of special dishes, classes and events. Grab your friends & family and step into La Scuola to learn about the beloved Icon of Eataly: Caprese

Join us at Eataly Downtown as we visit the Island of Capri and dive deep into the world of Caprese. In this fun class, guests will be greeted with a glass of prosecco as they watch our Scoula Chef demonstrate how to make creamy, chewy mozzarella from curds and boiling salted water. Guests will be guided in a tasting of different types of tomatoes (think: cherry, heirloom, and more!) and enjoy a sample of classic and contemporary caprese salads. 

Additional Information:

• Includes a mozzarella making demo and guided tasting; this class is not hands-on. 
• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Check-in starts 10 minutes before the start of class.
• Duration is approximate at 30 minutes and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
