Since 1922, Galup has baked traditional holiday cakes in Pinerolo, a town nestled in the northwestern region of Piemonte, using only the highest quality ingredients and following ancient recipes.

A sweet twist on the classic, the rich dough for this dove-shaped Pear and Chocolate Colomba is studded with extra-dark chocolate and candied pears, then covered with a handmade frosting made with IGP Piemonte hazelnuts, whole roasted almonds, and granulated sugar.
