Hands-On Class | The Art of Tiramisù

Join our Chef of La Scuola and discover how to create this classic Italian delight step by step two different ways, classico and limoncello. Tiramisù, the oh so rich and decadent Italian indulgence is the perfect balance of coffee and sweetness. Although it is an after-dinner treat, it is quite the “pick me up”, as its translation would state. The elegant Italian dessert is traditionally made with ladyfingers dipped in espresso, layered with a rich creamy mixture, and finished with a bountiful sprinkling of cocoa powder. Culinary legend has it that tiramisù was invented in Treviso, a small city in the romantic region of Veneto, in which Venetian lovers would tiramisu thinking it would give them more energy. Today, the classic dolce is made across Italy in a variety of ways. In this class guests will:

• Learn about the story of tiramisù and its importance as one the classic Italian dolci.
• Participate in the hands-on activity to assemble your own tiramisù classico and limoncello tiramisù.
• Take home the adapted recipe for the tiramisù and your own creation.

Additional Information

• If you are planning to attend with a separate ticket/order holder, please let us know so we can plan to seat you together. Please note, if purchased a single ticket, you will be seated at a table of two with another individual/party. Please email esv-scuola@eataly.com to confirm.
• Restrictions: Ages 12 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person. 
• No physical tickets are required, all tickets will be sent via email and be presented at the door to check-in for the class.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
