Get ready, food lovers of New York City! This will be a fall to remember. The acclaimed International Chefs Forum that highlights culinary excellence, Identità Golose, is pleased to announce that they will be returning to New York for their partnership with Eataly NYC Flatiron.

For one night only, on Wednesday September 25, 2019, we’re hosting a one-of-a-kind Dine Around. Leading the dine around will be creator and curator Paolo Marchi, and Identità Golose’s “godmother” and “godfather”, Lidia Bastianich and Massimo Bottura, owner of Osteria Francescana (Modena, Italy), named the World’s Best Restaurant in 2018. In this year’s edition, all of the teams in Dine Around will be led by women, a decision by Identità Golose founders Paolo Marchi and Claudio Ceroni who want to pay tribute to the vital role of women chefs in the industry.

During this Dine Around, enjoy the masterful creations of each chef, paired with wine. For each course, you’ll be led by our hosts to a different restaurant in our marketplace. You’ll start with tastes from Karime Lopez, Chef de Cuisine at Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura in Florence, with a stellar culinary experience at some of the world’s best restaurants, including Noma in Copenhagen. Next, enjoy a dish from Missy Robbins, one of only ten female chefs in the U.S to hold a Michelin Star. To follow, Petra Antolini, skilled baker and pizzaiola, will show off her pizza-making skills. Then, enjoy a special course from Melissa J. Rodriguez, Executive Chef at Del Posto (New York City), who in 2017 became the first woman at the helm of a restaurant awarded four stars by the New York Times. From there, Antonia Klugmann, one of Italy's top female chefs, will create a dish which showcases the creative approach she uses at her Michelin-starred restaurant in Northern Italy. To finish, Ana Roš, named the Best Female Chef in the 2017 World's 50 Best rankings, will create a very special dessert for you to enjoy. Each course will be perfectly paired with wine.

Reserve quickly, as limited seats are available!

Identità Golose is honored to be sponsored by leaders in the food and beverage industry, including Grana Padano, Lavazza, Monograno Felicetti, Farina Petra, Famiglia Cotarella and Acqua Panna-S.Pellegrino as official water.
