In this class, you will:





  • Explore the different varieties of mozzarella 

  • Learn about the versatility of mozzarella in the kitchen

  • Enjoy a perfectly paired glass of wine

  • Practice your skills in making fresh Stracciatella

  • Take home your own Burrata and Stracciatella!
