Join us as we welcome Dogfish Head for a beer dinner featuring a tasting of 6 of their classic and seasonal brews. Eataly's Scuola Chef, Jeremy Williams, will be preparing a multi-course menu to taste alongside the beers. Dogfish Head Representatives Kelly McGuire & Evan Damico will guide you in the fascinating story of the brewery. 



“Off-Centered Ales for Off-Centered People,” Dogfish Head is the most thoughtfully adventurous beer-centric brand in America”. It was founded in 1995 by Sam and Miriah Calagione in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Not only was it Delaware’s first brewpub, it was the smallest commercial brewery in America. Dogfish Head is known for pioneering the continuous hopping process, originally showcased in their best-selling 60-minute IPA.



Please note, this is a seated community dinner and seating will be communal (like one, big, Italian family!).
