The Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Il Cipressino is obtained from mechanical pressing from olives that are 100% from Toscana. The Frantoio and Leccino olives are harvested and then pressed within 12 hours, giving a fresh and strong taste to the oil. This extra virgin olive oil has an herbaceous aroma with a slightly bitter taste. It is peppery with an aftertaste of fresh grass and rosemary.
It is perfect with bread, or enjoy it on bruschetta or meats.
