If you love classic tiramisu’ as much as we do, or if you’re ready to dive into a new dessert, we invite you to join us in celebrating national Tiramisù Day at La Scuola di Eataly for this unique class. In this citrusy twist on the classic dessert, what is usually a coffee-infused "pick-me-up" becomes an ultra-decadent after-dinner treat featuring Pallini Limoncello. Nota bene: this one is for adults only!
A lemon liqueur found primarily in Southern Italy, limoncello is a classic after-dinner digestivo served in small glasses. In this dessert recipe, Eataly Head Pastry Chef Katia Delogu has replaced espresso with this aromatic liqueur for a creamy, citrus-inspired take. During this Chef's Workshop, our Chef of La Scuola will teach you how to make tiramisù al limoncello from start to finish, provide some interesting historical information about tiramisu’, and answer any questions you have along the way. Best of all, you’ll get to sink your teeth into this delicious dessert after you learn!
