Chef's Workshop: Tiramisù

When we think of tiramisu’, we think of pure bliss. What could be better than coffee-soaked cookies, layered with cocoa and a lovely mascarpone cream? If you love tiramisu’ as much as we do, or if you’re ready to dive into a new dessert, we invite you to join us at La Scuola Grande for this delightful class. During this hands-on Flash Lab, our Chef of La Scuola will teach you how to make authentic Italian tiramisu’ from start to finish, show you how to source the best ingredients for this dessert, provide some interesting historical information about tiramisu’, and answer any questions you have along the way. Best of all, you’ll get to sink your teeth into this delicious dessert after you learn!

In this class students will:

• Learn how to source the best ingredients for this dish.
• Take home adapted recipes.
• Enjoy your tiramisu and learn about the history of the dish.
• Enjoy a paired wine, selected by an Eataly sommielier.
