Chef's Workshop: Fresh Pasta Shaping

In this express class format, you will learn how to shape some of the most traditional pasta shapes from Italy (think: farfalle, cavatelli, tagliatelle, pappardelle, garganelli). Our La Scuola Chef and pasta expert will be with you to show you how it's done, offer recipe ideas, and answer any of your pasta-related questions! During class, you'll enjoy a glass of Italian Prosecco, a fresh-pasta tasting, and you'll take home our recipe for fresh pasta dough so you can master your skills at home.

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Guests must be 5 years of age or older and have a ticket to attend. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Seating is first-come, first-served, please email boston.lascuola@eataly.com if you would like to be seated with a different ticketholder.
