About this Menu: Some of the best regional Italian food is from the carrettino, or "little cart," on the side of the road. In the small towns and villages across Italy, street food offers a true taste of the local culinary culture. This class dives into some beloved street foods of Rome: crispy fried supplì stuffed with cheese, iconic pizza alla pala big enough to fit a board, and, of course, decadent tiramisu to end the night.
