The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Ceraudo is made exclusively with Carolea and Tonda di Strongoli olives, picked by hand in the countryside in the region of Calabria located in the Southern part of Italy. The extra virgin olive oil has a fruity aroma with a slightly bitter taste. It is spicy with an aftertaste of almonds and rosemary. Ceraudo decides to harvest at the beginning of the season to have an extraordinary high-quality extra virgin olive oil with low acidity.
