Orders received after 11.00 a.m. EST Thursday through 11.00 a.m. EST Sunday will ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

The story of Calvisius begins with in the small town of Calvisano, situated between Venezia and Milano. There, you will find Agroittica Lombarda, the most prolific caviar farm in the world, producing 20 tons of caviar per year. This project of farming endangered fish in fresh water began in collaboration with the University of California: Davis and a Pacific species of White sturgeon.

This four-pack of caviar comprises Royal, Classic, Tradition, and Siberian caviar, all sourced according to sustainable methods from our farm in northern Italy.

Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. No refunds are offered on classes and events. For groups of 5-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event. For groups of up to 4 guests, a minimum of 4 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon code for a future class or event at La Scuola.
